All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Custom orders ship within the time frame stated on their product page

Lucy Grymes accepts returns of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.  Email hello@lucygrymes.com for a return packing slip. Please note that your shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for final-sale items.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact hello@lucygrymes.com for a replacement within ten days.

Lucy Grymes will never share or sell your contact or transaction information to any third party. The information we collect is only used as necessary to process your order. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure your personal information is protected. When using our images, we ask that you please properly credit Lucy Grymes and provide a link back to our site. If you are an online shop and would like to use our images, please email us.
